Tracy Sanders began his career in Market Research over 20 years ago in a family run market research firm based in Jacksonville, FL, which makes him a third generation market researcher.

Just a few positions he held over the years were interviewer, call center / sample manager, CATI / data processing programmer, project manager, account executive and vice president of sales & marketing. He has assisted in closing and opening several call centers across North and Central America.

One particular roll Tracy enjoyed most was training the 100's of interviewers and supervisors over the years to conduct unbiased interviewing. Some of the different areas of market research he trained were telephone / recruiting, intercepts, and programing CATI scripts to just name a few.

Tracy attended Jacksonville and Santa Fe College in Gainesville, FL where he studied general business. He learned customer service and sales through the Dale Carnegie Sales Advantage class where he returned to assist in teaching others about customer service and sales, the "Carnegie" way.

He served four years on the California Market Research Association (MRA) board of directors and has served on the Florida chapter MRA board since 2010.

His knowledge of market research is well rounded due to the different positions and experience with domestic and international research companies. This combined experience and understanding enables Tracy to assist his clients in all facets of their studies efficiently and effectively.

He is known to assist individuals within the market research industry find positions and is always there to lend that helping hand.

In his off time Tracy likes to scuba dive, ride motorcycles, garden, read Clive Cussler novels, and spend time with his wife and two daughters.
